The Santa Rosa Project (SRP) will combine a mix of science and world class recreation. Our creative environment will facilitate creative solutions. Researchers, engineers, physicians and technology companies will participate in short sabbaticals. We will showcase the newest science equipment and techniques.

Our purpose is to advance enabling stem cell technologies.

The Building_Our 60,000 sq ft LEED certified Science Research Facility will provide under building parking for the 24 tenants. Each element of construction will reflect a commitment to energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint, and preserving our environment.

We have 2 LEED certified architects on the project.

Features Include:

  • Common areas for short term leased equipment
